"Pain Free Fitness Strength Goal Achievement"
I had been on a cycle of having an injury and then feeling better for a few months, pushing hard, and then having another injury. (Since working 1 on 1 at Fortitude) I have been able to make a lot of progress towards several goals. My first goal was to be able to run again, pain free. I have gone from not being able to run 200m without pain to being able to run a 5k, perform box jumps, and jump rope, pain free.
