Day 1 – Free Consultation
What does success mean to you? Before we can help we need to learn more about you and your goals.
Your consultation includes a complementary full body scan and strategy session with a professional coach.
Phase 1- Assess and Identify Opportunity
How will you know if you’re successful?
Every 90 days after your consultation we will meet with you 1-on-1 to reassess your goals and measure your progress! This strategy session is an opportunity to celebrate your success so far and craft a plan for then next 90 days.
Phase 2 – Develop Confidence
The best plan in the world becomes useless without action. How successful could you be with 30 days of 1-on-1 support in implementing your plan?
We believe that you can finally develop confidence that you can do this and the piece of mind that you’re not alone this time.
Phase 3 – Execute and Accomplish
Progress takes time! From Day 30-90 we’ll help you put your ongoing plan into action with continued guidance and support to build on the habits created in Phase 2.
This time you will finally achieve the strength and fitness goals that you have always had!

FULL TIME COACH

CompTrain is seeking a highly driven individual to be a Coach on site out of our headquarters at CrossFit New England.
This Coach would be responsible for responding to coaching questions on all of our virtual groups as well as email coaching questions. This person would also have coaching responsibilities in CFNE as well, along with member experience and onboarding.
Comptrain has years of experience in the sport of CrossFit going back to the days in Carson, CA. This includes multiple individual championships, an Affiliate Cup title, as well as a number of age group championships. Working with our organization will be rewarding, challenging, and most definitely not be just another job.
Provide coaching to athletes in our app, Facebook group, email, and other virtual outlets.
Post workouts to our app and website.
Coach 1-2 classes per day at CrossFit New England.
Help develop and implement onboarding experience for members and subscribers.

Why is your gym more expensive than other gyms?
We know you may have a lot of choices on where to workout. What’s best… A treadmill at home? The gym down the street that is $25/month? 1-on-1 private training?
We’d actually encourage you to ask a different question. What are your goals? Personalized attention? Trained, professional coaches? Accountability? Working out with a group of like-minded people who are invested in your success?

What will my first time in your gym be like?
If it’s your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, we’ll sit down with you and walk through your goals, and we’ll determine if Fortitude Strength is the right place to help you achieve your goals.
If we are, we will discuss our phases of membership and how we will create a plan specific to you to help you to be successful.
If not, we’ll recommend some other local gyms that might be a better fit to help!

How often do you recommend I come to the gym?
The answer is, it depends. We realize that every person is different and our primary mission is to help you be successful. Through Phase 1, your 1 on 1 coach will help you determine how many days is the right amount based on where you are at right now.
I’m not in very good shape… can I do this?
YES! Now, Fortitude Strength is not the right fit for everyone. We believe there is tremendous value in overcoming adversity. The first step is identifying that you need support. The second is being willing to do the work.
Our goal is not to crush people. We want to create a sustainable fitness routine that adds value to your life. For everyone, there is a period of “adaptation”. You will be sore and there will be days where it is difficult, but it needs to be.
Comfort got you to where you are feeling now. It will take Fortitude to get you feeling better.
What's Your Drop-In Policy?
We love having experienced visitors from out of town join our classes with us!
If you are just passing through, here are your options to attend:
Drop-in fee of $25 per day
Week-long punch pass for $50
Can I do my own thing during class?
No, our group class times are sacred. If you are interested in dropping in to do your own programming please contact us for open floor hours.
I just relocated/looking for a new gym and I’d like to check you out prior to joining.
