Why is your gym more expensive than other gyms?

We know you may have a lot of choices on where to workout. What’s best… A treadmill at home? The gym down the street that is $25/month? 1-on-1 private training?
We’d actually encourage you to ask a different question. What are your goals? Personalized attention? Trained, professional coaches? Accountability? Working out with a group of like-minded people who are invested in your success?

What will my first time in your gym be like?

If it’s your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, we’ll sit down with you and walk through your goals, and we’ll determine if Fortitude Strength is the right place to help you achieve your goals.
If we are, we will discuss our phases of membership and how we will create a plan specific to you to help you to be successful.
If not, we’ll recommend some other local gyms that might be a better fit to help!

How often do you recommend I come to the gym?

The answer is, it depends. We realize that every person is different and our primary mission is to help you be successful. Through Phase 1, your 1 on 1 coach will help you determine how many days is the right amount based on where you are at right now.

I’m not in very good shape… can I do this?

YES! Now, Fortitude Strength is not the right fit for everyone. We believe there is tremendous value in overcoming adversity. The first step is identifying that you need support. The second is being willing to do the work.
Our goal is not to crush people. We want to create a sustainable fitness routine that adds value to your life. For everyone, there is a period of “adaptation”. You will be sore and there will be days where it is difficult, but it needs to be.
Comfort got you to where you are feeling now. It will take Fortitude to get you feeling better.

What's Your Drop-In Policy?

We love having experienced visitors from out of town join our classes with us!

If you are just passing through, here are your options to attend:

Drop-in fee of $25 per day

Week-long punch pass for $50

Can I do my own thing during class?

No, our group class times are sacred. If you are interested in dropping in to do your own programming please contact us for open floor hours.

I just relocated/looking for a new gym and I’d like to check you out prior to joining.

That’s awesome and welcome! All of our new members start with a free consultation, even when coming from an experienced exercise background. The reason is that we want to make sure we are the right fit for you and your goals before just throwing you into a group class.
