If you have ever lost motivation doing your workout or are interested in starting a workout routine, this is the place to find the motivation. It is an encouraging and accountable place in the early a.m. or in the p.m. The coaches are top notch and are very knowledgeable and can scale a workout for you when you just can’t do a workout as required. There is no shame in scaling. You still accomplish movement and then one day you will be able to RX that movement. One thing to remember if you think you aren’t strong enough or in shape enough to try it is once the clock starts, each member is only concerned with their own workout and they don’t focus on anyone else. That is what the coach does. When that clock stops or you finished the rounds, everyone is happy for you for the work that you did. There are no fails here. I love this place called Coldwater Crossfit!
